Established in 1994, the mission of Fabbrica del Panforte is to promote the unique confectionery culture of Siena, Toscana. This small medieval city is known for genuine, delicious food and the importance of cuisine to local culture and history. To keep the flavors authentic, Fabbrica del Panforte use simple, quality ingredients and recipes inherited from master bakers. Cantucci are a type of biscotti – “twice-cooked” cookies – that are traditional to Siena.
